APPLICATION
1. USE
Your submission entitles you to send in one fictionalized
story on your cat's behalf. Try to imagine writing it from
your cat's point of view. All articles remain your property
and can be pulled at any time with your written or email
request. Misspellings may be corrected.
2. LIABILITY
You agree not to hold The Small Businessman or
www.momandtom.com liable for any and all use of the
information found within www.momandtom.com or for your
submission handling. You assume all liability for your
article and its content. Please consider carefully before
you use defamatory language of any kind. I try to respect
your right to free speech, but cannot allow foul language
or rude and disgusting content. I (and or) Mom and Tom
reserve the right to refuse articles or to edit content. If
you do not agree to the way your article is posted, simply
send your complaint to the us and we will remove the
article. If we do not post your article, we will send a
full refund to your PayPal account.
3. PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT
You further agree to respect cats and to never knowingly
harm them in any way. (Mom and Tom made me put this in.)
